I believe in holistic health. Holistic health means: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual health. Yoga is one of the most powerful tools to manage overall health.

 

Yoga includes a combination of Asana (Postures), Pranayam (Breathing exercise) and Dhyan (Meditation).

Healthy relationships bring happiness. In families, often, the most important relationships revolve around children and spouse or partner. My coaching sessions and workshops are designed to strengthen and nurture these relationships.
